Responsibilities
- Drive New feature rollout on Sales & Tribe app
- Understand & resolve Field issues on sales Apps & Other digital Tools
- Manage IT developments related to evolving KYC / Biometric regulations & compliance
- Own & Run the sales Academy- Driving training & Capability development with UpGrad
- KYC App (Tribe) issue resolution
- New feature UAT completion
- Coordinating field testing for App issues
- Managing User / network masters
- Uploading targets on Sales App
- Mobigo tracking/Utilization/efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in sales operations, distribution management, or digital transformation (telco/FMCG/tech industries preferred).
- Proven success in deploying digital tools in large sales/distribution networks.
- Strong background in sales capability building and people development.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, sales force automation, digital trade systems, and analytics tools.
- Certifications in Digital Transformation, Agile, or Sales Enablement are an advantage.
