Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- At least three (3) years of working experience
- Registered and holding a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
- Trained in and able to demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Health Management Information Systems (HMIS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Competencies
- Ability to lead a medical team, manage staff, and oversee clinical operations
- Strong project management and report-writing skills
- Training or certification in hospital administration, public health, or emergency care
- Ability to handle budgeting and resource management
