Overall purpose of the job: Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, validation and investigation in order to provide laboratory diagnosis

Key responsibilities:
- Registration, collection and processing of client samples within the limits of specific tests
- Performance of laboratory tests
- Maintain high standards of quality laboratory practice by use of proper reagents well calibrated machines and clean working environment
- Preparation of laboratory reports
- Participation in internal QC programmes and log in the appropriate registers
Position requirements:
- A diploma in Medical Laboratory Science
- Must have a registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board
- At least two (2) years of appropriate experiences in medical laboratory functions.
- ICT competency
- Excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Pleasant personality
