Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Assist Chef and kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping and cleaning ingredients.
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Assist in waste disposal and ensure proper handling of kitchen refuse.
- Support kitchen staff by keeping working areas organized and ready for use.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Report any damaged equipment or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications / Skills
- KCSE certificate. Experience as a kitchen steward is an added advantage
- Strong work ethics, cleanliness, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
- Physically fit
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
