Job Function
Recruit, build and maintain a customer base while meeting sales targets. Work with your supervisor to create a sales strategy, collaborate with customers, look for sales opportunities and collect orders. Recommend products that may help meet the business goals.

Key Performance Areas:
- Establish and achieve sales and performance objectives and targets.
- Identify, and contact potential wholesale/Mini market partners.
- Managing communications between your customers and internal teams.
- Create contracts/loyalty programmes/JBPs for long-term business relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote products and maximize sales.
- Prepare and maintain reports regarding sales performance, costs and forecasts.
- Manage, monitor, and organize inventory levels at your customers.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of sales plans and strategies.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of improvement.
- Effectively manage accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Formulate coverage and distribution plans to ensure all relevant stores are effectively covered (implemented and measured through automation tool).
Qualifications Required:
Diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent in any related field.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 2 years’ experience in Sales environment with at least 2 years of practical sales/merchandising both at Key account and Van Sales.
- Customer relationship management.
- Sales techniques
- Sales forecast and pipeline management
