Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support for Evogence applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application issues; identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly
Work with SPC integration toolkit and integrate get and entrance communicators
Track employees and manage gated entry permissions with RFID readers
Collect and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from machinery and personnel using Evogence’s visual analytics tools
Enhance operational efficiency and communication in manufacturing environments through Evogence platform optimization
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations or customizations
Configure, test, and deploy application enhancements following best practices
Participate in upgrades, patches, and migrations of Evogence systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting steps
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure seamless integration
Stay current with the latest Evogence features and best practices
Provide training and support to end-users
Adhere to ITIL framework for incident, problem, and change management

Qualifications

6–12 years of experience working with Evogence applications
Strong technical knowledge of Evogence architecture, integrations, and analytics tools
Hands-on experience with SPC toolkit, RFID-based access control, and KPI tracking systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade application environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a dynamic environment
