Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and facilitation of user training sessions across multiple departments.
Design, develop, and refine advanced training materials, user manuals, reference guides, and e-learning modules tailored to diverse user groups.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance assessments, and system usage analytics.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Intermediate Trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
Work closely with implementation, support, and technical teams to align training objectives with evolving system functionalities.
Gather and analyze feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify gaps and recommend process or content enhancements.
Prepare comprehensive training reports and performance metrics for management review.
Offer advanced post-training support, troubleshoot user issues, and serve as a key resource person for training-related queries.
Contribute to continuous improvement of organizational training frameworks and methodologies.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

Degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Over 5 years of experience conducting user training or capacity-building sessions, preferably on software or digital platforms
Proven expertise in translating technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand training content
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Demonstrated experience in mentoring or supervising training teams is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools is an advantage
