Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct user training sessions for staff and system users across different departments, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.
- Develop, adapt, and maintain training materials, user manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learning content suited to different user levels.
- Evaluate trainees’ understanding through assessments, hands-on exercises, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide targeted post-training support to help users address challenges and build proficiency.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to recommend improvements to the training process and materials.
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure training content accurately reflects system capabilities and updates.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly training progress and performance reports to supervisors.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s systems, software updates, and processes to ensure accurate and relevant training delivery.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience conducting user training or capacity-building sessions, preferably on software or digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and using digital learning tools will be an added advantage
