Roamtech Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Hardware & Systems Support Specialist to join our Technology Department. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s hardware infrastructure from procurement and maintenance to troubleshooting biometric systems (ZKTeco), CCTV, and printers ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT hardware maintenance and systems support.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, biometric (ZKTeco), and printer systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor coordination skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or N+ are an added advantage.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a customer-service mindset.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
