Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for an IT Expert specializing in Biometric Identity Systems. The IT Expert will be responsible for configuring and maintaining biometric identity systems, ensuring information security and network integrity, troubleshooting IT infrastructure, and aligning system operations with organizational requirements. The role involves overseeing the implementation of IT solutions, monitoring system performance, and addressing complex technical challenges to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations.
- Experience in Information Security and Network Security to safeguard data and systems.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and evaluating technical challenges.
- Proficiency in biometric systems implementation is strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or related credentials are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
