Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller for Raw and Packaging Materials manages all inventory categories to ensure accuracy, availability, and optimal stock levels across Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or arelated field. 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Raw Materials & Packaging Management:
- Maintain optimal levels of raw materials and packaging to support production.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering, delivery, and quality assurance.
Inventory Management, Auditing & Reporting:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records via inventory software.
- Generate reports on stock levels, turnover, and discrepancies.
- Manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory, implementing clearance or disposal strategies.
Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliable deliveries.
- Negotiate terms to optimize procurement processes.
Space Optimization:
- Organize storage to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Implement shelving and labelling systems for easy item retrieval.
