Key Responsibilities

Proactively explore international markets and identify emerging business opportunities.
Negotiate with overseas distributors to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Empower and support distributors to achieve growth and breakthrough performance.
Execute tasks independently with strong accountability and problem-solving skills.
Manage complex client scenarios and after-sales service with professionalism.
Attend global trade shows and visit distributors as part of short-term business trips.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related technical fields; 3+ years proven experience in precision equipment maintenance (hands-on experience with CNC/G-code systems preferred).
Bilingual fluency: Excellent written and spoken English with technical documentation skills for professional workplace communication.
Working knowledge of electrical circuitry fundamentals, machine operations, and automation control theories.
Hold valid local work licenses with demonstrated ability to undertake frequent short-term regional/international service assignments.
Conduct routine performance debriefings with well-structured reporting cadence and China headquartered for strategic operational alignment.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related technical fields.
3+ years of experience in precision equipment maintenance (LC/GC systems preferred).
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong technical communication skills.
Solid understanding of electrical circuitry, fluid systems, and automation control.
Valid driver’s license; open to short-term regional or international travel.
Ability to maintain structured reporting and collaboration with headquarters in China.
