  • Plan, develop, and edit engaging content for KOFISI’s website, blogs, newsletters, and social media, ensuring timely updates and alignment with the brand strategy and content calendar.
  • Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality multimedia content, managing filming, podcast requests, and visual storytelling across all platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor internal marketing campaigns that support business objectives, departmental needs, and member engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign results, social media insights, and content performance to guide strategy, optimize future initiatives, and report on marketing impact.
  • Oversee KOFISI’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging, while monitoring trends and analytics to refine content strategy and boost engagement.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies, prepare newsletters and press releases, and maintain strong relationships with media and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing materials uphold KOFISI’s brand identity, review creative outputs for consistency, and conduct market research to keep the brand current and competitive.
  • Support KOFISI’s participation in industry events and trade shows, support member and community events, and oversee logistics, promotions, and post-event engagement.
  • Coordinate the marketing of new location openings — managing timelines, deliverables, and internal sign-offs.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong understanding of capital raising, corporate structuring, and cross-functional organizations
  • Able to command rooms of senior stakeholders and translate complexity into action
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software

Experience

  • 6–10 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or startup executive level roles
  • Proven track record of project ownership in fast-paced environments or high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
