We’re seeking a seasoned and analytical Internal Auditor to work closely with the Directors on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will help strengthen internal systems, identify and seal loopholes, and ensure financial and operational integrity across the hotel.

  • Conduct independent audits across all departments Rooms, Front Office, F&B/Restaurant, Housekeeping, and Stores.
  • Perform regular room spot checks and operational reviews to assess compliance and service standards.
  • Review financial processes, POS and OTA reconciliations, and revenue flows to detect irregularities and prevent losses.
  • Evaluate controls over cash handling, discounts, refunds, and inventory management.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting risks, findings, and practical recommendations for management.
  • Support the Directors in implementing corrective measures and strengthening internal controls.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling all company and staff information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal audit, accounting, or finance within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA are an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
  • High integrity, independence, and commitment to confidentiality.
