Responsibilities:
- Handle CRM management and cleanup using Go High Level platform
- Automate CRM processes and workflows
- Contact existing contacts in the CRM database
- Compile comprehensive lists of marketing managers throughout the GTA
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Arrange qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Import leads into CRM system and maintain data accuracy
- Perform data entry and regular lead updates
- Execute systematic follow-up campaigns with prospects
- Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally during outreach
Requirements:
- Proven sales background and experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle high call volume effectively
- Experience managing rejection, objections, and prospect hesitations
- Persistent communication style without being annoying
- Strong objection handling and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
- Marketing industry knowledge preferred
