Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to apply durable finishes to various metal fabrications.

Responsibilities:
- Apply specialized coatings to industrial equipment based on customer needs.
- Perform surface prep, including cleaning and light sandblasting if needed.
- Select and mix coatings, including powder coatings, according to job specifications.
- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment.
- Work effectively in various conditions, including both indoor and outdoor environments.
Qualifications:
- Experience applying coatings to industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with industrial-grade paints and coatings.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience with sandblasting or pressure pots is a major plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Related Diploma or Degree with a mean grade of C in Secondary Education.
