Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, ensure network security, and ensure system issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support ERP systems and CRM tools.
- Maintain updated inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and accessories.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Perform system upgrades and apply patches when required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in technical support or IT administration.
- Experience in networking, system support, and hardware maintenance.
