We are seeking a dynamic ICT & Digital Security Manager to lead our technology, systems and digital security agenda. The role will ensure seamless ICT operations, safeguard our digital environment, and drive innovation through AI, ERP optimization, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- ICT Infrastructure & Systems: Manage deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle of hardware, software, cloud services, ERP (SAP), and Microsoft 365 to ensure efficiency.
- User Support: Provide technical support, establish ticketing systems, and deliver training to improve user experience and digital literacy.
- Cybersecurity: Implement security frameworks, monitor systems, manage risks, and lead incident response and digital forensics.
- Innovation & Emerging Tech: Apply AI and new technologies to enhance monitoring, automation, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement.
- Governance & Compliance: Enforce IT/data protection policies, support audits, and ensure alignment with regulations and standards.
- Collaboration & Business Support: Align ICT with business goals, enable data-driven decisions, and review performance with stakeholders.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track system availability, performance, and security, and prepare reports for management decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s and Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, or Cloud Certifications are an added advantage).
- 7-10 years’ ICT leadership experience, with expertise in cybersecurity, ERP systems (SAP), cloud environments, and digital transformation.
- Strong skills in AI/ML applications, network security, governance frameworks, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to deliver tasks effectively and on time.
