Job Description:
We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to manage and coordinate all day-to-day HR operations. The HR Officer will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, supporting recruitment, coordinating training, handling employee welfare, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and files.
- Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage time and attendance systems, leave tracking, and disciplinary processes.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and resolve HR-related queries and grievances.
- Organize and document staff performance appraisals and probation reviews.
- Coordinate employee training, development, and compliance with statutory.
- Prepare HR reports for management and support audits.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR documentation practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a busy HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Solid understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
