Budget: KSH. 300k-350k Gross
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive people initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a business partner to leadership, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- IHRM membership is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working in a Retail set up is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
