Job Purpose
The Operations & Human Resource Lead will play a key role in stabilizing Pixel Academy’s internal operations and driving sales growth. This position combines strong people management, HR discipline, and sales acumen to ensure smooth coordination between management, instructors, and partner schools. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and results-oriented, capable of strengthening team morale and expanding the Academy’s client base.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resource & Administration
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, employee conduct guidelines, and performance management systems
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and probation tracking for all new and existing staff
- Conduct regular performance reviews and report on instructor and staff productivity
- Manage employee records, attendance tracking, and leave schedules
- Lead conflict resolution and disciplinary actions professionally and transparently
- Organize team meetings, training, and performance feedback sessions
Operations & Management
- Coordinate day-to-day Academy operations to ensure program delivery efficiency
- Develop and monitor weekly operational reports from instructors and field staff
- Support the Director in implementing new systems, procedures, and workflows
- Oversee logistics for classes, competitions, and client school programs
- Prepare monthly management reports on HR, operations, and sales performance
Business Development
- Lead school outreach and partnership engagements to onboard new institutions
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollments
- Maintain a CRM/sales tracker for leads, visits, proposals, and closures
- Conduct product demos, school visits, and follow-ups to close deals
- Support contract signing, invoicing, and client relationship management
Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or operations
- Proven experience in managing people and achieving sales targets
