Key Responsibilities:
- Support client organizations in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
- Provide guidance on employee engagement and retention strategies
- Coach candidates on career development, CV optimization, and interview preparation
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide HR advisory support
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or business advisory
- Specialization in recruitment, HR policy, or career coaching
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Professional, proactive, and able to work with discretion
