Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Hospital Standards Management by auditing, monitoring, and evaluating the business impact of key organizational processes and recommending improvements.
- Lead Strategic Relations Management by driving stakeholder engagement initiatives across the institution.
- Drive overall business performance through lead-planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Provide administrative leadership to the Hospital Management Team to enhance effective decision-making and business alignment.
- In consultation with the CEO, shall schedule and manage the Senior Management Team calendar, prepare and take minutes for the board of directors under the guidance of the HR director.
Requirements.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an HRBP/ Business Administrative Executive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a Business-Related course with specialization in Human Resources Management.
- CHRP Certification will be an added advantage
- Excellent Corporate Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage/Lead Organizational Development
