Core competencies: What you are good at
- Result-driven: You are super result-driven and always looking for ways to grow commercial results for your organisation.
- Business partner: You can collaborate with customers on their digitisation strategy and how Odoo would benefit them, building strong relationships during the process.
- Organised: You build and follow an enterprise sales cycle diligently.
- Eye for detail: Your communication (products) are of high quality and C-suite worthy.
- Excellent communicator: You can read between the lines and know when to listen. Your English is perfect, both written and spoken.
Experience: What experience can you fall back on
- You have a proven track record in enterprise sales for at least 8 years
- Experience selling Odoo, another ERP or a related digital enterprise product is preferred
- Ideally, you have done sales in Africa and preferably to international companies and or international owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. If you have consulting experience, that would be great
- You have worked within international teams
- Think & work at the level of a Master’s degree
- Start-up and or scale-up experience is a preference
