Job Description
- Design visually striking materials for both digital and print platforms — including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, brochures, and event collateral — to showcase KOFISI’s workspaces and vibrant community.
- Develop creative visuals that bring marketing ideas to life, from infographics on the future of work in Africa to promotional content for new center openings and branded templates for multi-city memberships.
- Work closely with the content team to translate KOFISI’s values of innovation, productivity, and empowerment into compelling visual stories.
- Maintain brand consistency by incorporating KOFISI’s signature elements — modern office aesthetics, hospitality-inspired touches, and African design influences — across all materials.
- Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms, ensuring quality and coherence across locations in Nairobi, Lagos, Dar es Salaam, and the Middle East.
- Keep an eye on emerging design trends, especially those shaping the African and Middle Eastern creative landscapes, and introduce fresh ideas to elevate KOFISI’s visual identity.
- Support the creation of multimedia content, including photo editing and video graphics, to highlight KOFISI’s award-winning spaces and events.
- Manage multiple creative projects at once, balancing quality and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with and guide a team of designers, fostering creativity and excellence from concept development to final execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within content marketing, branding, or a creative agency, including 1 year in a team or project lead capacity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or After Effects.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing digital and print design work — experience in hospitality, real estate, or workspace branding is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual composition.
- Proven ability to collaborate and guide other designers while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of digital marketing trends, including visual optimization for social media and the web. Appreciation for African markets and cultures, with the creativity to design inclusive and innovative visuals.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
