The Role: Creative Architect
This is an execution-heavy, high-velocity role. You will be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and rapidly iterating on the visual assets that our Media Buyers deploy daily. You are accountable for delivering the visual components that compel immediate action from the consumer.
Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities (The Output):
- High-Volume Creative Production: Design and deliver a minimum of 15-20 distinct, test-ready ad creative variations per week (static images, carousels, and short videos) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Speed and volume are non-negotiable success factors.
- Performance Integration: You must treat data as your creative brief. Collaborate daily with the Media Buying team to analyze performance data (e.g., A/B test results, top-performing copy hooks) and rapidly translate those metrics into actionable design iterations.
- Video Ad Assembly: Utilize raw footage, stock, and existing assets to rapidly assemble and edit scroll-stopping, direct-response video ads (must be proficient in editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut).
- Systemization: Develop templated design systems and guidelines to ensure creative consistency, speed up production, and maximize the efficiency of testing cycles.
- Branding for Conversion: Create and manage visual brand elements (logos, typography) with the specific goal of enhancing trust and clarity within the direct-response environment.
Qualifications: What You Must Bring (Mandatory)
- We don’t care about degrees. We care about demonstrable, results-driven skill.
- Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) OR high-speed proficiency in Figma/Canva for performance creative.
- Direct Response Portfolio: A portfolio that clearly demonstrates designs created explicitly for conversion (social media ads, compelling sales imagery, landing page sections).
- Video Competency: Proven skills in Videography and Video Editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) to produce rapid, high-impact short-form ads.
- The Mindset: An obsession with analyzing data (CTR, CVR) and using feedback loops to kill underperforming creative quickly and scale winners.
- Discipline: The ability to manage a heavy workload and meet tight, defined project deadlines consistently.

Compensation & Expectations
Compensation: KES 30,000 – KES 40,000 per month.
