Communication Jobs

Conceptualization & Creative Development

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Brainstorm, conceptualize, and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, social media, branding, and multimedia projects.
  • Translate concepts into visual designs that communicate the intended message clearly and creatively.

Design Production

  • Create visually compelling graphics for digital channels (websites, social media, email campaigns, digital ads) and print media (brochures, posters, banners, business cards).
  • Develop brand-aligned visuals that maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality across all materials.
  • Produce layouts, infographics, and typography designs that enhance readability and engagement.

Video & Motion Graphics

  • Design and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
  • Develop motion graphics, animated visuals, and transitions using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Ensure motion graphics align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Brand Management & Visual Consistency

  • Ensure all graphics adhere to brand standards, maintaining a unified visual identity across platforms.
  • Provide guidance on visual branding to team members and external vendors.
  • Update and maintain digital asset libraries for easy access and use by the team.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects from concept to final output.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising design quality.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs efficiently.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new design approaches, software, and formats to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements to visual processes, workflow, and content presentation.

Quality Assurance & Technical Delivery

  • Prepare and optimize design files for digital and print use, ensuring high resolution and compatibility.
  • Conduct final reviews of visuals before publication or print to ensure error-free output.
  • Troubleshoot minor design or formatting issues to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Knowledge and experience in video editing and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and technical design skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
