Key Responsibilities

Team leader, recruit, evaluate, train new and existing staff and handle all HR functions.
Oversees all operations and management functions.
Preparing and approval of new policy, budgets and plans
Foster a culture of excellence to customer satisfaction.
Organise and spearhead all sales and marketing activities.
Oversees financial management strategic growth plans.
Mentor and guide senior management on policy implementation and team development.
Preparation and submission of briefs and reports to the board.
Prepare, keep and maintain all organisation assets and property inventory and ensure their maintenance and repairs.
Oversee all security operations.
Co-ordinating departmental operations.
Representation of the business in external affairs.
Ensure compliance with safety, security and hospitality standards laws and by-laws by maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Developing the business structure, plans and strategies on maximising income and delivery of budgets.
Lead by example and ensure that the team is motivated to deliver customer focused and sales driven service.
Actively research on emerging trends and concepts in the industry.
Planning new promotions and initiatives that contribute to business development.

Qualifications / Skills

Bachelors of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management / Business Administration or any related business course
At least 5 years experience in hotel management
Strong leadership skills
Decision-making skills
Knowledge in financial management skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
