We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Fundraising & Resource Mobilization Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background and a passion for connecting great causes with great partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential sponsors, donors, and partners to support ongoing projects.
- Develop fundraising strategies, campaigns, and proposals aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive sponsorships and partnerships through events, CSR outreach, and digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate donor and partnership records, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or resource mobilization.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding fundraising targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely 75% of the time.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. The more you raise, the more you earn — a structure that rewards initiative and performance.
