The role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to build scalable web products that feel fast and polished. You’ll ship across the stack, lead technical projects, and use modern AI to unlock new product capabilities. You’ll partner closely with design and product, and help shape the direction of a fast-growing platform.
What you’ll do
- Ship features end to end: Plan, architect, implement, and deploy high-impact features that improve engagement, performance, and scale.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing: Turn ideas into smooth, user-centered experiences that support business goals.
- Lead technical initiatives: Drive project execution, own technical decisions, and mentor teammates.
- Experiment and optimize: Run A/B tests, analyze results, and improve activation, retention, and conversion.
- Build great UIs: Deliver responsive, high-quality interfaces with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Raise the performance bar: Keep systems reliable, observable, and fast as usage grows.
- Champion quality: Advocate for clean code, testing, and maintainable architecture.
Tech stack
- Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, Redux
- Backend: Node.js, Fastify, gRPC, Prisma, TypeScript
- AI/LLMs: Integrations with advanced models, text-to-video, and edit-by-text workflows
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of full stack experience with strong TypeScript, React, and Node skills.
- Experience with AI and LLM integrations, or strong interest in applying ML in products.
- Solid grasp of testing, system design, and performance tuning.
- Clear communication, with a track record of working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience leading projects and delivering user-focused outcomes.
