Front Office and Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar.
  • Maintain and follow up on a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Support sales with product knowledge (FoxESS & Keru Solar solutions).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Manage front-office operations and ensure a professional reception.
  • Handle office administration, documentation, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Assist management with reports, minutes, errands, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in business development, front-office operations and sales support in the renewable energy sector.
  • Experience in solar is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of solar systems is an added advantage.
  • Professional, presentable, and highly reliable.
  • Must be fluent in English.
