Finance Manager
- Spearheading the Orana Project ApS Danish entity and all projects entities at International level.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across Project entities, including cash flow budgets
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the Danish entity level as well as international
- Responsible for consolidation of Project entities
- Ensuring the group audit timelines are adhered to by all project entities
- Investment accounting
- Preparation of Feasibility studies and Fund raising for projects
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-12 years’ experience,
- Minimum 2+ years in an international business,
- Extensive experience in controlling and finance and can combine financial insight with understanding of business,
- Exposure to Agricultural accounting will be an added advantage,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English is mandatory
