ADS Western is seeking to recruit a dedicated Finance Intern to support financial management and grants management functions within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring proper recording, control, and timely reporting of all financial transactions, as well as preparing related non-financial grant management reports.

- Terms of Service: Contract
- Contract Duration: 1 year (Renewable)
- Stipend: Ksh 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Support the processing and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing timely financial and grant management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
- Support compliance with financial policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the finance department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
