What You Will Do
As the Film & Theatre Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the artistic experience of learners by:
- Designing engaging, practical, and learner-centered lessons
- Guiding students through performances, projects, and creative expression
- Using modern teaching methods and digital tools to elevate learning
- Assessing learners through varied methods performances, presentations, quizzes, exams
- Providing continuous feedback and supporting individualized learning needs
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and best teaching practices
- Actively participating in professional development to grow in your craft

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a professional with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Film & Theatre Education or Film/Theatre + PGDE
- TSC registration or proof of registration in progress
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan curriculum, especially CBE
- Excellent communication, creativity, and digital competency
- The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and inspire learners
- Experience in co-curricular activities is an added advantage
