Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, provide site supervision, monitor compliance with safety protocols, and conduct inspections. The role involves ensuring efficiency, adherence to project timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout construction projects. The supervisor will also liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with proven experience in managing teams effectively
- Technical expertise in Site Supervision and Inspection to monitor construction progress and quality
- Excellent Communication skills for coordination with teams, contractors, and clients
- Thorough understanding of Construction Safety protocols and regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly
- Proficiency in project management and organizational tools
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the agricultural or industrial construction sector is a plus
