Job Description
This role offers the perfect blend of customer service excellence and operational management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of the business, managing everything from B2B partnership operations to direct customer interactions. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Shopify and Notion while developing expertise across multiple business functions, from order fulfillment to customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B operations including creating warehouse orders, coordinating with delivery teams, and generating invoices for retail partnerships
- Provide exceptional customer support via email for direct consumers, handling order modifications, refunds, and general inquiries with speed and professionalism
- Build and maintain sophisticated tracking systems using Notion to monitor B2B orders, invoice status, and payment cycles
- Create comprehensive customer service dashboards that track interactions, complaints, solutions, and outcomes
- Support exciting marketing initiatives by managing influencer partnerships and promotional product fulfillment
- Handle diverse administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure lightning-fast response times, with urgent purchase orders processed within 1-2 hours
Requirements
- Proven track record in administrative operations and customer support excellence
- Strong proficiency with Shopify platform for e-commerce management and order processing
- Advanced working knowledge of Notion for creating tracking systems and project management
- Exceptional responsiveness with ability to reply to urgent messages within 5-10 minutes during business hours
- Experience with order management, invoicing processes, and delivery coordination
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for managing multiple business processes
- Ability to take feedback and apply it immediately
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all data is correctly inputted without mistakes
- Copywriting skills and proficient use of ChatGPT, with the ability to redact and correct errors when needed
- Highly meticulous in performing daily tasks.
- Prior experience in a marketing role is a plus
