Our client is seeking to hire a Documentation Supervisor to assist the Port Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling of documentation and facilitating smooth port operations.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise documentation team on the day-to-day activities.
- Managing departmental shift schedules.
- Acts as a focal point for receiving and disseminating information related to documentation process.
- Conduct Performance reviews for the subordinates.
- Daily monitoring of vessel ETA as per KPA 14-Day List.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with the various stakeholders such as KRA, KPA, Shipping Lines etc
- Submission of weekly/monthly reports such as documentation status report, Departmental report etc
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a Business-related field preferably Shipping and Logistics.
- Minimum of 2 or more years’ experience in a similar role.
- Valid Driving License.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Report writing Skills.
- Knowledge of KPA Procedures and documents.
- Knowledge of KWATOS, ICMS, MMS, CAMIS, KENTRADE, SIMBA Applications.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
