Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Diversity and Inclusion Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.
Key responsibilities include analyzing current practices, developing strategies to promote inclusivity, and leading employee engagement programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments and leaders to embed inclusive practices across the workplace, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of DEI efforts.

Qualifications
- Program Management and Project Management skills to effectively design, lead, and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Strong expertise in Diversity & Inclusion strategies and practices, including the ability to develop policies and foster an inclusive culture
- Employee Engagement experience with a focus on creating a positive and equitable work environment
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and for delivering key DEI messages
- Ability to analyze data and measure the success of diversity and inclusion efforts
- Experience providing guidance and training on DEI topics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
