Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distribution Center Manager located in Eldoret. The Distribution Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient inventory management, coordinate shipping and receiving processes, and manage staff productivity. Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse performance, maintaining safety compliance, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and distribution processes
- Skills in inventory control, warehouse management, and order fulfillment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational optimization
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with logistics software and warehouse management systems is beneficial
