Job Summary:

  • Translate brand strategy into powerful digital executions that boost visibility, engagement, and conversion across all online platforms. Lead the full cycle of digital campaigns from concept to performance analysis – ensuring creative excellence and consistent storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing plans for each brand – covering social media, influencer, and paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative & media agencies to deliver on-brand, goal-aligned campaigns.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for timely rollout of assets.
  • Oversee daily digital operations, including social media engagement and community growth.
  • Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end with measurable impact.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Lead reviews with agencies and internal teams to assess outcomes.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and recommend new engagement ideas.
  • Ensure content follows brand tone, visual consistency, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (FMCG or agency preferred).
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns, agencies & influencers.
  • Strong experience with paid media tools, analytics, and digital project management.
