Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Conventional Debt Collector. The Debt Collector will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records, communicating with debtors via phone and email, and ensuring timely resolution of overdue accounts. The role also includes negotiating payment plans, following up on payment arrangements, and reporting collection activities.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy
- Knowledge and experience in Finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
- Experience in the auctioneering or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
