ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities for the role include:

• Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data entry, sorting, and formatting tasks in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Identify and remove duplicates or inconsistencies in datasets.
• Use formulas and functions to automate calculations and streamline data processes.
• Generate and summarize reports from raw data for review by the team.
• Support data analysis tasks to identify trends or insights.
• Maintain proper documentation of datasets and updates made.
• Collaborate remotely with the supervisor to deliver tasks within deadlines.

ABOUT YOU

Skills & Qualifications required:

•  Current student or recent graduate in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
•  Prior experience or coursework involving data analysis or reporting is an added    advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• You have great interpersonal and communications skills which include professional and cordial meeting, telephone and email etiquette.
• Proven team player, flexible and friendly.
• Pays attention to detail, displays a high level of integrity and is deadline driven.
• Eager to learn and accepts feedback as a positive step to professional growth
