Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain efficient data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.
- Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and optimize business processes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for real-time business insights.
- Conduct pricing and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data analytic, Economics & Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years in data analytics, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors
- Experience with analytical tools including SQL, Python and Power BI
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Attention to details
- Self-starter and target oriented
- Team Oriented, flexible and adaptable
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great report writing and presentation skills
