We’re looking for a high-impact Data & Reporting Analyst with expertise in Analytics. You’ll play a critical role in improving reporting accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and decision-making across our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and model data using SQL and Excel (Power Query, pivoting, advanced formulas).
- Design and maintain automated dashboards and performance reports in Power BI or similar tools.
- Build and manage pipelines and reporting schedules across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with operations and automation teams to refine or define various KPIs.
- Conduct trend analysis, segmentation, performance tracking, and various other analyses that support strategy development and implementation.
- Ensure data integrity, version control, and documentation of all reporting processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (CTEs, joins, window functions, optimization).
- Advanced-level Excel user.
- Experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data wrangling, and reporting logic.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years in a technical, data analysis or reporting role, ideally in fintech or Ops.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Python for analytics or automation scripting.
- Understanding of ETL workflows or data warehouse tools.
- Knowledge of statistical or visualization design principles for data storytelling.
