A leading Tech Company in Nairobi is looking for a dedicated and analytical Data Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to support our team in Nairobi.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage multi-dimensional data systems covering sales, stores, branding fixtures and promoter resources.
- Lead data modeling, in-depth analysis and insights generation to support business decision-making.
- Develop and optimize analytical methodologies and workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency and consistency.
- Track market, consumer and competitor information, build forecasting models and support annual and quarterly planning.
- Provide data training and support to team members to strengthen overall digital capability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, with strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid foundation in statistical methodologies with strong business acumen, capable of independently managing analytical projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
