Job Summary:
Our client, a fast-growing ISP in Kabete, is looking for a dynamic Customer Support Executives to join their team. This role is ideal for proactive, service-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and billing issues.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to relevant teams.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service reports.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for smooth service delivery.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (ISP or telecom preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
