Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, tag, book, and invoice customer orders.
  • Process orders via phone, email, social media, or in-person.
  • Manage daily branch operations and maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain 80% customer retention through telecalling.
  • Cross-sell services and meet daily order targets.
  • Handle payments, reconciliations, and stock levels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and collect feedback.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Laundry, or Housekeeping.
  • 2+ years experience in laundry customer service.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and order processing.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and POS system skills.
  • Knowledge of garment care and dry-cleaning processes.
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
