Key Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, book, and invoice customer orders.
- Process orders via phone, email, social media, or in-person.
- Manage daily branch operations and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain 80% customer retention through telecalling.
- Cross-sell services and meet daily order targets.
- Handle payments, reconciliations, and stock levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and collect feedback.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Laundry, or Housekeeping.
- 2+ years experience in laundry customer service.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and order processing.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS system skills.
- Knowledge of garment care and dry-cleaning processes.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
