Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a hospital setup
- Diploma or Degree in Front Office, Customer Care, or a related field
- Strong experience working with SHA schemes and private medical insurance (mandatory)
- Expertise in claims processing will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills
