We are expanding our hospitality team and are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to fill the below position:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of complaints.
  • Support marketing or operational activities related to customer engagement.
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor registration and inquiries

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or front office role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software (CRM systems).
