Role Description

- Experience in working collaboratively with teams and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship tools or CRM systems is a plus
- High level of adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and reliability
- Previous experience in a call center role or a customer service environment is advantageous
